The world's finest fondue restaurant is recognized by both Wine Spectator and the Wine Enthusiast.  This is where I spend most evenings managing the restaurant, dabbling as a mixologist creating new cocktails and holding special events. In 2009 one of my creations “The Meltini” was selected by The Melting Pot Restaurant franchise for use as a core beverage nationwide.
